German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers Research Grants to facilitate research visits to Germany by scholars at Canadian universities or research institutions who hold the Ph.D. (or equivalent) and have been working in research or teaching full time for at least two years at the time of application. These stays can be between 1 and 3 months in length.

The next deadline for applications to this program is October 15, 2016. Grants awarded in this round can be used to support stays in Germany taking place between April 1 and September 30, 2017.
