Celebrating 75 Years of Germany–Canada Diplomatic Relations

Join us for a special gala concert celebrating the enduring friendship and diplomatic relations between Germany and Canada through the universal language of music.

Resonance: J. S. Bach’s Violin Concerto, Xenakis’ Rebonds, and Corigliano’s The Conjurer, featuring Leon Lorenz and Sinfonia Toronto, followed by an encore of the Recycling Concerto cadenza and Marjan Mozetich’s Songline to Heaven & Dances to Earth.

The concert brings together music, creativity, and sustainability in a distinctive concert experience. The performance invites audiences to reflect on the connections between people, cultures, and our shared responsibility for the world we inhabit.

Presented as a celebration of Germany–Canada relations, this gala event honours the longstanding ties between the two countries while looking toward a future shaped by cultural exchange, innovation, and sustainable thinking.
