How can we implement the results from Paris and Marrakech on a regional and national level? How can local, provincial and federal governments maintain ‘resilient implementation’ in the face of unexpected natural or political events?

These questions will be discussed at the conference ‘Designing Resilience: Lessons for successful implementation of climate change policy in Canada and Germany’, which is being organized by the University of Alberta and the German Consulate General in Vancouver.
